I just watched Linus' video about DRAM-less SSDs 

I want to know how to find out if an SSD has or hasn't DRAM. Does anyone know where to check for this spec?

Check the drive specifications on the retailer or manufacturer's website.

If it mentions no cache, it likely has no DRAM.
