VillaiNPC

TP-Link is a brand that makes almost everything. And Fiber can mean almost anything - do you need a product with an SFP so that you can attach directly to fober, or just a router that will connect to an ONT via ethernet? And what is your definition of “best”?

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

If you're talking about using a TP-Link router to connect to your modem, from the other topic, I would suggest the C1200 as it will be perfect :)

Well if you're getting gigabit fiber, then really any modern gigabit adapter will work. You should be fine with your current LAN card as long as it is gigabit.
