... passwords.google.com uses your google chrome account and has the passwords synced with the browser.

Your windows 10 login password "SHOULD" be the password to your microsoft account...

That’s good to know. I just wait for a day and otherwise will contact Microsoft tomorrow. Thanks!

Have you restarted since you changed the password? Do a normal restart with the software button from the start menu, and that should fix it if you haven't restarted yet.

If you've linked your user account with a Microsoft account, your password would be the same as your for Microsoft account. If not, it's only a local account so the password would not be related.

In ‘settings > accounts > my info’ I see my Microsoft account. I see my email address and see that I’m the admin.

Is it true that I could be 100% sure that my account is my Microsoft account and not a local account if I see this?

Yes. Did you change your password recently and have not been able to log in at all afterwards?

I changed it because I forgot it. But I’ve set it to log in without password.

You could try to change one of the login settings (like add a pin login). I think it will ask for your password when you attempt this. You can check if your password change applied to that.
