hardware What to upgrade first

Hello i could use some advice.I want to upgrade my pc but don't really know what components to buy first.My current Specs are:

CPU: Intel i5 3470 

Motherboard something something ddr3 lga 1155

8 gb ddr 1600mhz

Graphics card : radeon r9 380 4gb

What should i upgrade i have enough money to upgrade the cpu/motherboard/ram to the newer stantard and i was thinking:

CPU:intel i5 7600/k(found 7600k cheaper than 7600).

Motherboard ...i won't do overclock so any lga 1151/ddr4 kaby lake compatible motherboard will do i guess

ram 8gb ddr4 2133/2400mhz,16gb is damn expensive.

or i have enough money for just the video card any gtx 1060 6gb.

I game about 90% time at 1080.Recently i ugpraded from 1360x768 to 1080 full hd.

My r9 380 holds itself pretty good at 1080 with high/ultra but not always at 60 fps or more.

So should i go for gpu upgrade or everything else? Thank you.

I would go for the gpu first then save up for the rest.

when you do upgrade, try to get something with more than 4 cores, or at the very least something like 4 cores 8 threads, 

new ryzen cpus from amd are coming in february so you might be able to find some gen 1 ryzen cpus for cheap (as if they arent cheap already  ),

Yeah GPU first. You're gonna see a much bigger fps increase for the amount of money you spend.

I'm honestly torn between saying GPU and CPU. I feel like the GPU could use an upgrade a little more than the CPU, but it's still hard for me to decide. The Z77 platform isn't dead yet, so you can upgrade to a 3770 or 3770K if you need a CPU upgrade, and then grab a 1060 6Gb when you have the funds or a 1050Ti.
