When I boot up and I go to the uefi setting on my motherboard (Asus), It gives me a list for boot priority. This list only shows my 840 evo and not my 1 tb hdd.

But if I go to the menu and select from there it shows both.

If I boot to SSD > Doesn't show my hdd even in device manager

If I boot to my hdd > Shows ssd as another storage place

btw both of them have windows.

Did you migrate to the SSD from the 1TB HDD?

Do you see a list of two drives in Disk manager when booting to the SSD? Right click My computer -> Manage -> Disk management

Is this windows 8 or a different operating system?
