New build CPU cooler question

So I installed my h110i onto my cup and my ocd noticed that the block was slightly crooked (barely but I noticed). I loosened the thumb screws and straightened it, that should not effect my application of thermal paste should it? Sorry if a dumb question but I always worry about thermal paste applications.

you can actually remove the cooler check the spread and put it back on without issues more often then not, but once it's been run to temp it's best to replace if removed

Ok yea I ran it but I didn't completely remove the cooler just loosened and straightened it out.
