Intel AIO Stuck to Mobo mount

So my AIO watercooler block is stuck to the bracket the motherboard is dead so any option of breaking the motherboard is fine with me :V dont really care about the CPU much either, My current PC seriously needs the AIO. SO with that in mind. any ideas? thanks!
