In addition to @vorticalbox even if you find someone with the same parts that you have its not guaranteed that they will overclock the same. There is no formula or anything how to overclock - each part overclocks differently. 

Find videos on YouTube, watch, learn and start the slow process of overclocking your components to a stable point!

Go into the BIOS and undressed the multiplier and core voltage. Don't have that hardware, so I cannot tell you what voltage to use.

 

Each set of hardware is unique. Won't OC the same. So you have to practice.

 

Also, I'd say troubleshooting or CPU sub forum would be appropriate, but a mod will move it later if they deem it necessary
