I got windows 10 pro off minicardo for $15 AUD and it is legit. Apart from that the pc is good.

CPU Cooler is a bit unnecesary since R5 1600 already comes with a 95W TDP Cooling solution. You should spend that extra money on some higher frecuency ram sticks, that's necessary on a Ryzen build. I would suggest a full ATX board but it doesn't mind that much. Everything else seems quite fine.
