Looking for a good to possibly tor. I’ve done some research and looking into NordVPN and privateinternetaccess. Any thoughts on the matter?

I wouldn't recommend Pure vpn because it keeps logs and as a proof, check this article about FBI scandal  https://betanews.com/2017/10/09/purevpn-logs-fbi/ , so u can't count on it for torrenting. I wouldn't recommend free vpns as well because they sell data as income.

From these which been mentioned in a comment before I would say that nordvpn is worth to tray. I have used it for a year, and I am a big fan because they keep improving their services. They have automated P2P service function on macOS, and manual on windows so good for torrents. My bff also bought it few days ago, because he is about to travel a lot. And used coupon found on the internet and got 70 % off.  Coupon code is GET .  For this price, I would say it is a perfect choice and not so expensive anymore.
