Overwatch crashes with AMD hardware

So I have an RX 580 and ever since a recent patch I have been unable to run Overwatch for more than 10 minutes without it crashing.  

Does anyone know how to fix this?

My current driver is the Crimson Relive 17.11.1, and Overwatch worked last week with no instability or crashes.

Re-install last known good driver and problem avoided.

AMD and the dev is currently working on it, wait for game patch or driver hotfix.
