FPS irregular and unpredictable drops

Hi, I have some issues regarding irregular fps.

I'm not the person to know if I a bottleneck or something else. 
I did a benchmark (heaven) and it performed extremely well. When I check the CPU usage then the frames drop its never over 30%.
But if I play online say Fortnite my fps sucks, plenty lagspikes.

 

So any and all suggestions would lighten my day.

Tell us GPU CPU and temperature of both while playing games. Also are drivers update(DDU)

CPU temp. was never above 66*C in the Heaven benchmarking test

I've checked for updates and everything is up to date with Asus and Nvidia.
 But I can't get Intel to detect updates and the information on their webpage confused me. (see pic)
whats the difference?

I don't know if it has anything about updating the drivers, but after also deleting my temp-files it seems to run better. Thanks anyway
