So I've been working on a very advanced (in my opinion) denial of service stresser panel made by using HTML, CSS, and PHP. I also built a few backdoors used for web servers.

Would I be able to show this off in my college application? Or would I get rejected instantly?

If you're planning on a career in security then sure.

Why would you think that? In my opinion (depending on the quality) it may demonstrate technical aptitude and potential. Of course this is an opinion that comes from someone who's primary modus operandi was generally unconventional, even highly risky at points. There's always a chance of running foul of a 'do gooder' but in this case, as long as it's framed sufficiently well I think you'd likely do just fine.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.

Unless you're trying to get into a really competitive college and the rest of your application is lacking, I don't see the benefit.

I'm sure with the little information you guys got this is the wrong answer, i'd still have to sit down with the people who goes over if I get accepted or not.

Submitting code and interest is absolutely the best thing you can do instead of, "I really want to learn to code".

Well, this might not mean much, but the reason that I will not be finishing my degree is because I discovered a security flaw in my Universities door card scanners. I was able to unlock my door by using brute force and NFC. I tested it only on the door to my own dorm room. To my knowledge they did not know about it until I brought it up to the appropriate people. I was promptly expelled from the university.
