shutdown problem

Hello every one,

 

I have a problem with my windows 10 when i try to power off the system it seems to be powered off.

But when i power it back on my apps that where open before are still running.

so google chrome is running when i have my pc on and when i shutdown my pc and start it the next day back on it open chrome on the site i was browsing.

And this is for every app i had running.

 

I tried to shut it down via CMD and that seemd to work but i dont want to open cm dand type shutdown every time and I dont need a messy backgroud with shutdown shortcuts.

Any one know how to fix this iff so please send me things to try out.

 

(when i shut it down with the power op button in windows i can see on a software on my phone that the pc still takes 5 or 6 watts fro the wall)

I looked at those settings and the only thing I changed my self is that my monitors shutdown when i press the power button. But thats not the way i shut my pc down I do i by software.

i think you might wanna check the "pick where i left off" option. try this
