Help ocing a 8600k

Hi, i upgrade today to a 8600k,Noctua D15s and Asrock Táichi but i am so noob and dont know how to ocing my cpu... Anyone can help me?

I want to goal 4.5ghz for example, i have a Seasonic 520 and a GTX 1080 too. The asrock Táichi have many options and i dont know what to change. Thanks for the help

I cant ocing ... I dont know what happens , i update the bios to the latest , but when i set voltage , core speed , etc , i save changes , enter windows and the 8600k is still in 3.6ghz , then i restart the PC , enter BIOS and all the options are undone ( but in CPU-Z says that the cpu is a3.6ghz but the voltage that i set in BIOS , windows took perfect ) ...

So i dont know what is the matter right now , all the options save , except the cpu speed
