Want to upgrade my cpu fan it’s SO loud

I have the fx-8320 with the stock fan and heat sink I was thinking about buying a cheap water cooler but I’d there any relatively quiet traditional fan and heatsink for the fx8320?

Cheap water coolers are all just worse than an equivalent air cooler. They're noisier, less reliable, and often cool worse. The H5, Dark Rock (/Pro) 3, Scythe Mugen 5, and NH-U12S should cost about the same as a 120mm AiO.
