Help with server parts

So I found this server rack and don't know much about them, can someone tell me what it is for and if it is worth anything? It says Cisco 4700 on the outside and the internals look really clean, thanks

I agree...mid to late 90's I presume. It still uses 72 pin SIMMs (Single Inline Memory Module), and most likely it is good only for retro/hobby use. More importantly the power draw for it, could be ridiculous, in respect to its capabilities.
