My pc keeps crashing once per day and what i mean by that is that the screen freeze i cant alt+tab+del i cant open task manager cursor not moving its a complete freeze so i need to button reset it.I dont know what the cause might be.Today i search on internet about pc keeps freezing/crashing and a random website suggested i open (view reliability monitor) and check there for any kind of errors and so i found in all dates the same critical error:

critical events :

TriggerModeMonitor : Stopped working 

TriggerModeMonitor : Stopped working 

TriggerModeMonitor : Stopped working

Windows : Windows was not properly shut dont (i know that cause i need to button reset cause its frozen)

TriggerModeMonitor : Stopped working

I also found some warings about (Failed Windows Update) 

I am trying to figure out what is this critical error and the warnings if any of you can help or have some ideas of what might be,be sure to write so.Thanks
