Sorry to be asking such basic question.

1) I would like to check if DATE1(A3:A8) is present/matches DATE2 (D3:D33) and display the results one under the other in separate rows

this is extra---[formula must add a row so it doesn’t overwrite existing data if the next row isn’t empty].
