flashing screen on fullscreen

some games on my pc start flashing for no reason when i am in fullscreen and i already tried cleaning the driver install and reinstalling the drivers but still nothing.

 

Specs: 

Ryzen 1800x

gigabyte gtx 1070 mini

asus crosshair vi hero

32GB 4x8GB 2400 Gskill
