That depends on your needs mate.

Is there any data on any of the drives currently installed in the machine that you need to keep?

If not, you should delete all the partitions on the drive you wish to use. then, select the "unallocated space", don't make any partitions yourself, by selecting the "unallocated space" and clicking "next", you'll be telling the installer to make the partitions as needed, and give it the freedom to create all the special partitions it needs.

Edit: And yes, after Windows is installed, download the latest driver from the NVidia/AMD site. It's always going to be newer than the one delivered via Windows Update.

And the gpu driver?

Hello, I have an Asus ROG strix B350-F gaming motherboard.  2 sticks if 4gb ram at 3000Mhz and the SN of the ram is on the QVL for my motherboard. If I put both stick in the appropriate slots A2 and B2 the PC doesn’t boot but it does with one in the A2 and one in the B2 (tried each DIMM with only one stick installed at a time with both sticks for a total of four checks). The ram is not bad. This is my second motherboard of this type and there are no bad pins on the CPU (ryzen 5 1500x). Any Ideas?  Also, would the PC run at all if there was a problem with the CPU and memory (like a software issue)

Try A2/B2 but with the frequency dropped to 2800 or 2666. Can you post the SN, model number? Ensure VDDCR SOC Voltage is at least 1.1v. You can increase this to improve memory stability. No higher than 1.2v. Also try increasing DRAM Voltage. It should be at 1.35v. Try 1.36, 1.37. No higher than 1.40v.

And it couldn't hurt to update the bios either. Bios version 1001 is the one I would recommend, but the newest (3203) is probably fine. To my understanding, the newest doesn't change anything memory related but only adds support for future CPUs. I've not heard anything about its stability, yet.

@dave_k Your opinion on the newest AGESA 1071 bios updates?

If I do newest bios will it include all the other fixes in the previous ones?

Yes. And if you're clocking your ram higher than 2666, you'll need that SOC voltage to be at least 1.1v and DRAM voltage at 1.35v

So I increased the DRAM voltage to 1.35v but not sure how to set SOC voltage with its offset.

Does it not automatically set 1.1v when you set your ram frequency? I would assume it's as simple as 1.1 minus 0.850. So +0.25 offset. Just make sure, double check that it says 1.1v. It should never go higher than 1.2v

Is this correct?  This is also with only one stick in the sustem at the A2 slot

Is what correct? The SOC Voltage? I said between 1.1v and 1.2v, I'm sure you have a calculator.
