AutoRun Flash Drive Menu

I am not sure if anyone remembers way back in the day you used to be able to setup an auto run menu for your flash drives. You can no longer do this on todays windows as the function has been disabled.

 

I want to know if anyone knows of an alternative method to doing this again. I want to put videos on a flash drive and when it is inserted into the computer. It opens a menu and then you can select which video to play. And then it will auto use whichever your default video player you have assigned to play the video. And then once closed it brings back open the menu again to select a new video.

 

Is this at all possible today?
