Gtx 970 loses video output

Hello yesterday during the middle of the night my pc suddenly froze and black screened.

After restarting my PC, My Monitor will suddenly lose input after 10-15 seconds after windows boot up.

Going into Bios is the same deal. Will lose input after 10-15 seconds after I load into BIOS

 

Booting up to safe mode with the GPU loses no input
(Taking out the GPU and using on board motherboard display works)

 

 

After wiping my drives and reinstailling Windows 10 I still run into the same problem.

Hopefully it'll be able to revive my baby

 




Specs i5 4690k, Asus Gtx 970, Asus- Z97-A motherboard.

Have you tried swapping cables?

tried different cables. Might have to RMA the card if no solution comes up.
