I have my 3570k running at 4.4Ghz but can't seem to get it stable passed that. 4.5 has frequent crashes and 4.6 won't post. I don't think it's a thermal problem as it's not really getting that hot. Should I delid and pump the voltage up? Or is 4.4 the best I can expect from this chip?

Seems to be on auto as it moves up and down depending on load but it likes to hang out around 1.28 to 1.29.  I've tried setting it manually in the past and couldn't get passed 4.2Ghz

What are you using to stress the CPU? And what are your temperatures?

Just games. They don't seem to ever go above 75.

Stress it with AIDA64 or Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.

Ok. I used the Intel one. Same basic results. Works at 4.4, crashes when clocked any higher. @ 4.4 during the stress test it got up to 80c.
