GPU Usage low.

Starting a few days ago in low demanding games like csgo i have seen gpu utilization dropping from 20-30% to single digits causing massive frame stutters. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled cs, reinstalled drivers, and verified game cache.

you've got a pretty bad cpu tbh, 90% of the time when GPU usage is low it means your CPU can't keep up.

Ok i know my cpu is a boyyleneck, but this started a few days ago, i have perfectly fone frames until now. My cpu in cs doesnt get above 90 percent
