troubleshooting Invisible files

On my computer (picture) it shows that on user files i would have 149 gb of files but when i select all the files inside and go to properties it says that there is only 3.27 gb of files there, what do?

I forgot to add that i am on windows 7 64 bit

Is the name of that a program or something like your pictures

In the properties windows for that folder, click on the "hidden" button so that it will show all the files, including the hidden files.

The first image is showing everything on your disk (The entire C:\ drive).

 

The second image is your own user directory, which only includes documents, your desktop, etc. 

 

It's normal for there to be a large difference between these two, since your programs, games etc and Windows itself aren't stored in your own personal directories.
