hdd not showing up

Hi,

 

I currently have 3 HDDs in my system. 

My mobo is the AsRock h61m-vs R2.0; and my cpu is the intel core i3 2100.

 

my problem is that all 3 hard drives show up in the BIOS but in "my computer," disk management and device manager it only shows 2 out of the 3... anyone know how to fix this problem

Try the AOMEI partition assistant software.  It works great and it's free.  It should identify the drives and from there you can initialize, partition and format if need be.
