Can I run Batman: Arkham Asylum on Windows 10?

I randomly decided to install all the Arkham games and all but one would run, Arkham Asylum. I'm running windows 10 pro 64bit so I see why compatibility would be an issue. I even verified the integrity of the game files through Steam and not a single issue was found. However, this pops up every time i try to run it:

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.

what happens if you click continue?

It goes away but if i try to click "Play" or "Settings" in the game menu itself, it reappears every time.
