According to AMD’s website, My cpu requires ram to max out at 2667 Mhz. My ram is currently at 3000 mhz and is unstable, how do I underclock my Ram?

You probably can't change the ram because it is a laptop. You can try by looking through the BIOS settings.

Im talking about the PCpartpicker list, not the laptops, ment to be more specific,

Oh sorry. Just restart your PC and spam F2 while it's restarting to open the bios. Next, just go through the menus(there aren't that many) until you find RAM speed, and adjust the clock speed and voltage until you find a stable underclock.

Well, this is new. Most people complain they can't get their ram to run above 2666. You're fine. That limit is imposed by Ryzen. Anything higher is considered an overclock and not "technically" supported. This is AMD's way of not having to deal with ram overclockers. "Your ram won't run at 4000MHz? Sorry, we only support up to 2666". If your ram is rated to run at 3000 and does it without problems, there's no danger to do so.

Updating your BIOS to latest should make it stable at its XMP rated profile.

But to answer you question. To run default highest speed required or supported by the CPU  stop using XMP profile will do the trick.

I was able to set my ram to 2133Mhz, while I was at it, I disabled XMP, and my PC was stable until an hour ago. I am now having issues with my mouse freezing, and being unable to move windows while only typing this.

And How do I update my BIOS, this is my first build.

Go here download the most current BIOS manually

Something else might be making the system unstable then. Or it could still be memory, but not because of its clock speeds.
