Taskbar+Windows key not working

Go to solution Solved by ShadySocks,

Changing the startup shell back to normal fixed the issue C:

I installed rainmeter and changed some registry files to make it boot faster.

Here is what I did in regedit:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Create a new String Value, name it Rainmeter and set it's value to the complete path of Rainmeter.exe

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

edit the key called "Shell" (if it doesn't exist yet, create it as a new "string value"). Set the value to:

explorer.exe,"C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.exe"

I also wanted to stop a bunch of random programs from starting with windows (Autodesk360, SoftEther, etc) but could not find all of them in either registry path or the windows startup folder. I deleted what I could find Including a value that I thought was windows defender

I need to add the value back, however I cannot open regedit because the taskbar does not open, and any shortcuts that use the windows key do not work.

Also, quick question:

I also wanted to stop a bunch of random programs from starting with windows (Autodesk360, SoftEther, etc) but could not find them in either registry path or the windows startup folder. How could I stop them from starting with windows?
