Diagonal dual screen setup

I've set up a 2nd screen but is it a little higher than the my laptop screen so in the config I put it at the right height but now there is only a small portion of the screen to go from the laptop to the external screen can't I change settings so I can go of the screens in a 'diagonal' way? (On the picture: Can I do something so I'm able to move in the blue triangles?)

GPUs driver has these settings. Maybe Windows too, but I use it from drivers.
