RAM compatible with RYZEN?

Hi, 

 

I'm sorry for posting so much about my problems building a PC but I'm freaking out a bit. 

Will this RAM be compatible with te Ryzen 5 1400? https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0123ZBPDA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I found a thread on a forum where it was listed as compatible but only in certain boards: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=166631

I'm just not sure if it will work. Anny help is much appreciated.

Yes, it's listed on the QVL so you're guaranteed to be fine

Page 14 is where that exact RAM is listed.

But isn't page 14 for the Athlon processors? or does that not matter?

Whoops, it's listed twice, once on Page 7 and on Page 14

sorry to be annoying as hell (I want everything to be just right as the PC I'm building is a gift for my SO) but the listing op P7 has "(ver 3.21)" in the description. Is it the same/ the one I linked ?

Yah, it should be fine, it's just the hardware revision which would have probably been released when Ryzen first came out so all kits will be at least that version.

There's actually a few people who have Ryzen systems booted off that RAM in the pictures so you'll be fine
