Amazon says no orders, help!

Hey, so last night I just ordered 3 parts for my PC off amazon and they ran me about $290... I got the email right away stating that my order was placed, and saying the dates that it should arrive. There was a button there saying

[Manage Orders] or something, I clicked it and it said 'no orders found'. I thought this might just be because I have just ordered the items right now, and it'll probably show up tommorow. The next day I checked and it was the same. Anyone know this issue? Is this a real issue? Is it a common issue? How do I fix this issue?

Are you sure you were logged in to the right account? And checking you orders and not something else?

Yeah, 100%. I have only one account, and I checked the orders there. It's still not showing up in my phone though, really weird.
