Cheapest Laptop

Julian5

So my friend is looking for a BASIC video editing (Windows movie maker and Camtasia etc) and school work laptop. His budget is more or less 320€, I know buying used is cheaper and 300€ is a very low budget but he needs it as soon as possible and he does not want anything used. Here are the pages we use here in Spain:

I also found this:

Well, with a budget as low as that, and especially looking for a laptop, would you be wanting one new, refurbished or second hand?

New:

There isnt much hope of finding anything too brilliant i'm afraid, the most you'll be able to get is an intel pentium, maybe with 4 GBs of ram. I'm not sure on the specs you'd require with basic video editing, but i know from using Movie Maker ONCE before on my old pentium laptop that it does take a while. The one you found does seem to be very well priced! And i'd call it a great find!

Used:

This is something you'd have to look up in your local second hand websites/shops as i wouldnt even know where to begin looking about x-x Sorry! But if you want to buy one from amazon i found this amazing refurbished one!

that lenovo is very weak.. it'll do for basic web browsing and word, but not much more..

for that price i've seen Core i5 and i7 machines, with dedicated graphics cards (will help with video editing) on my local used markets.. those specs are pretty rare, but i have seen them. i don't know how cheap used hardware is in your country, but look for a good deal.
