Thunderbolt 3 dock for my ZenBook Pro

Hi guys

 

need some help figuring out the best use for my thunderbolt 3 ports...

Got the Asus ZenBook Pro UX550VD it has 2x Thunderbolt 3 Type-C. basically it'll be nice if I can connect a monitor, power the laptop, speakers and have other functions like phone charging.

Anyone knows a good dock that works well with Windows10? I 've seen some docks "for mac", does it matter? why can't I just pick any t3 dock?

What about powering the laptop? it has a 120W charger, USB is limited to 100W and most docking stations are even less, will it charge?

 

BTW I need something that can handle 220V, preferably EU plug but I can find an adapter.. (worldwide shipping is great too  )

This page states only "MacBook Pro Charging"... anyone tried it on a windows laptop?
