So lately I have been having problems with losing power to my USB ports at random and using the internet on this computer is awful, everything takes forever and when i'm in games it says my ping is the normal 30ish or so but everyone is warping around and it's literally unplayable, I have tried using my Ethernet port and my wireless dongle but it still has problems

As far as the USB goes make sure USB Selective suspend in USB Setting in Power Options is disabled.

I already have it disabled
