Need help finding right laptop

Looking to buy a laptop soon, dont have a set price but cheaper the better.

Not picky but must have 1080p screen and Windows 10, also must be available in ireland.

An ssd would be preferable but not essential.

Been having trouble with websites advertising a 1080p screen but on closer inspection this not being the case.
