Is grammarly safe?

CHKR

I couldn't say whether or not its safe, but my experience with it was a little poor. Original I used it as Firefox's autocorrect/suggestions is terrible, but after using it for a bit, the behavior was more annoying than dealing with FF's issues. Some issues I had:

  • Push space, if the previous word was incorrect (Or not at times), it would automatically remove the space even as you go to type the next word. This would leave sentences that looked likethisasitremovedthespaces.
  • The indicator for mistakes would leave a 1 in the bottom right (left?) of a post on LTT after it was posted. (And trying to remove them through the LTT editor usual never worked, still got some old posts with them still their.)
  • Words incorrectly marked as wrong that even the FF's crappy dictionary recognized.
  • Etc.

Besides the issues I had with it, I think it should be safe to try. But I also don't know if these issues have been fixed.

I've used it for over a year now, and it has not only drastically improved my grammar, but I haven't really found any issues with it. I'd go for it but personally wouldn't buy the Premium membership.
