Just wondering, is it possible use an apple watch and all its features with an android phone?

If you want the best smartwatch on the market you gotta have an iPhone. 

 

My favorite feature of the Apple Watch is just its ability to unlock my MacBook when I'm wearing it.

I have a Samsung Gear S3 which I find as good as my old apple watch (which I have since sold) but I like the look of the apple watch and found some cheap ones on eBay.
