Isn't this because it uses MBR or something instead of GPT which means it's currently limited to 2,399TB or something?

And deleting that 500MB partition would very likely make your windows unuseable because it uses that to get windows started.

I would just reinstall windows again and disconnect the 3TB drive during installation this time. Because right now both drives need to be connected if you want to boot windows because it has essential partitions on both drives.

(at your own risk) you need to delete the other volumes labled "lokalni disk" and "rezervirano za sustav" THEN create a new simple volume, so the entire drive says "unallocated space"

Not true at all.

When I pressed right click on Unallocated space, there does not seem much options.

You've hit the limit on partition size for a drive formatted in MBR.

You've got 2 options, convert the drive to a Dynamic drive or convert the drive to GPT.

I'm pretty sure both can be achieved without formatting the drive using a tool like Easus Partition Manager.

If that's your windows drive then you will need to format and reinstall windows though, no way around it.

Boot up in Gparted and see if you can adjust the partitions in there without touching your Windows install etc.

He can't, MBR has a limit on max combined partition size and it's been hit.

Disk 0 (3TB) is not used for Windows booting at all.

Disk 1 is SSD and there is Windows installed. I think there is no need to reinstall windows since it is on ssd. (Disk 1)

Is there any way to convert disk to something or doing anything without losing any files ?

What you need is another storage media/drive to which you can backup any of the data/files you don't want to lose, then you can reformat this drive as GPT and add the data/files you backed up back onto it afterwards. There is not a way to change the format of the drive while still keeping the data on the drive itself, so it has to be backed up to somewhere else while the reformatting happens. It's pretty important to have backups for your data regardless, so your best option would probably be to get an external drive, back up any data/files you don't want to lose to the external drive, reformat this drive in question as GPT, then add your files back to it from the external, and finally, going forward use the external for regular backups to protect your data. The go-to backup method is known as the 3-2-1 method: Keep 3 copies of your data, 2 stored on site on different mediums and 1 kept off-site to prevent from disaster such as a fire, tornado, etc.
