Good day! I am planning to build this :

https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/qTHPjc

Now I want to use this to play some esports titles and stream as well. Please let me know if this build will suffice for my needs.

I am currently using my laptop with this specs:

intel core I5-337U 1.90 ghz

8gb Ram

and an Nvidia Geforce 720m

so Lastly my question is: would you suggest getting a capture card and try to stream on a 2 pc setup? or will it be fine just using the pc I am planning to build?

You'll notice I switched you to an air cooler.  It gives slightly better performance, but it's a lot cheaper.  The faster RAM and better GPU will be worth it in the end.  I got rid of the crappy MSI board.

So, you don't need a liquid cooler for that cpu, but it doesn't hurt. If I were you I would get a noctua nh-u12 but make sure it has am4 mounts. If you plan on streaming esport type games like overwatch or csgo, League of legends stuff like that you should be fine. If I were you though, I might look at getting 16gb of ram, and maybe a 1060 instead, they overclock much better. but I have personally never owned an rx570

If you are getting 8gb why get 2x4, limits ram upgrades in the future.

Because it was a lot cheaper than a single stick, and I was trying to make up for the extra cost of high frequency RAM.  He's still got two free slots.

Edit: Switched to a better board.  It's micro though, so I used a single 8GB stick.

You left the AIO in there.

you don't need an aftermarket cooler. Just use the one included. My friend has the same cpu and he streams fine. Also this system is very similar to mine. Looks good. But definitely go with nvidia because shadowplay is very optimised for streaming.
