Sooo, i dont know what the problem really is but here is what i can see at least: stuttering while gaming, i dont notice tearing , in bf4 the fps can go down to 48, and this is kind of curious, when im in chrome, sometimes the window unselect/deselect (like cliking the taskbar). And when i plug my headphones i hear the sound effect that windows 10 have of plug/unplug something like a pendrive, despite this sound i keep hearing music with no problem.

DDU your video drivers and install the latest set.  I've had micro stutters on 980ti before that physically give you motion sickness (with 120+ FPS) and this fixed it.

Headset appears usb type and that is why you hear the plug/unplug noise.  If it is happening without you unplugging the headset there are many possible reasons and would look in event viewer for information about it.
