X34A or ?

So I've decided to buy an ultra wide monitor but I'm torn on which one to get. The Acer X34A is currently on sale on Amazon for £799. My original idea was to get the AOC AG352UCG which isn't on sale but has a price of £759. I will be using it mostly to play games on. I've had a look online where people compare to two but that was with the standard pricing. Any thoughts/opinions.

Picked up my X34A for £747

 

Get it for the IPS display, also looks nicer imo. Especially the stand.

 

AOC has a more aggressive curve(2000R vs X34A 3800R), No idea how that looks though.

Thanks for the reply. Where'd you get it for at that price?

 

A lot of the reviews I have seen are for the X34 where there were complaints of backlight bleed and some pretty bad QA issues out of the factory. Are you aware if that has cleared up with the X34A?
