Slow download speed only on my PC

I’m using AC1300 PCIe adapter in my pc ,but i think it’s not deserving the wifi speed that it should be. Any solution?

those speeds look consistent with what wifi usually provides , it's not a hard line.

First of all you really should block out your IP address.

Now for the issue at hand. ...

Where is your pc located in relation to your router / access point

EDIT: (to prevent post spamming)

You might be better off with something like this ...

as you can locate it anywhere and possibly get a better signal.

Join Floatplane just do it already, it's worth it.

my router is just right under my pc, i mean downstairs, i saw a lot of review said pcie adapter is bettter than usb

Could it be you are using 5 GHz for the phone and the laptop while you are using 2.4 for the desktop?

Did you do a second run already to see if it wasn't just some interference?
You should at least do a few runs to see if the problem is always there.
What does your wifi adapter status say about the link which is up?

There's got to be interference; a mess of wires even at the back of your pc could do it or a metal desk. 

Also try changing the orientation of the antennas on your card.

Also check to make sure your drivers are up to date.

I believe this is your wifi adapter.
