GPU Usage

Why does PUBG use only 40% of my GTX 1060 and GMOD only use 30% when other games use up to 100% like the witcher 3? I only get around 50 fps on pubg at 40% usage. and 70fps on witcher with 90% usage. I also have an intel core i5 2300 2.8ghz.

Some games just don't use it due to issues in the system itself, i.e. drivers. There's also your example being one game, Gmod, that can run on a potato and the Witcher which needs all it can get for the graphics settings.

I'd like to see "optimized" UE4 game. Please show me.

Sure just sell license and who gives a shit what that does on the market... as long you have computing power "3x above minimum requirements" that you overpaid. All good! 60 fps god's standard. But who ever played game for real knows 60fps is unplayable shit.
