Green lines on pc screen HELP

So I just changed my paste on the CPU and now I'm getting green lines on my screen also it won't let me use 1920 or anything like that.

 

I have used 2 different monitors

Can you boot into the BIOS or Windows?

Also, you could try reseating your CPU and check if maybe some pins got bent on the CPU.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.
