I can’t think of what I want to upgrade.  I was considering upgrading the case but I dont’t look much at my case and the right side is up against a wall anyways if it were to have a window.  I’m looking for a noticable upgrade with a budget of about 300.  I mainly play games (wide variety). Here is the parts list, I also have a second monitor, and a 1.3tb hard drive that it does not list. Thanks

For $300 it's going to be hard to get a noticeable upgrade. For $300 you could buy a Ryzen 5 1600 and a B350 mobo to go with it but you wouldn't be able to get the RAM. Upgrading your GPU with that CPU would be a waste because you're already bottlenecking the 970 going anything newer and you're just bottlenecking it even more and not getting the performance you pay for.
