Weird CPU thermals...

Hi everyone. So some strange things have been happening to my computer over the past few days. First off, my temps skyrocketed. Basically at 100c on idle. Temps went up to 115c in real temp. Which is beyond the shutdown point but remained constant. Bought a new h100 and some thermal grease and temps went down to 90c-95c. Then after having it off for a few hours my temps now are idling at 29-30c...

SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON FFS.聽
