Upgrades

Victor100

Hi! So, I have a friend who's looking to upgrade his pc. His budget is around the $350-$400 area (currency is in U.S dollars and location is in U.S as well).
What upgrades would be most beneficial to him?
His current build struggles to keep games like Overwatch above 60fps at low settings (It drops to like below 40fps during team fights).

He currently has:

CPU: AMD A8-7600

Motherboard: MSI - A78M-E35 Micro ATX FM2+

Memory: 8GB DDR3

Graphics Card: Radeon RX 470 4GB

Storage: Crucial BX 200 - 240GB SSD
Case: Corsair - SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+

The 470 isn't terrible, you may want to recommend something like a Ryzen 3 or 5 with 8GB DDR4 and a B350 mobo.

Please tell me why you aren't on dark theme already.
