Hey guys.

So i've recently purchased a GTX 980 TI, upgrading from a GTX 1060 3GB. I did some research and the 980 TI was a good choice for 1080p or 1440p Gaming. But now when I play GTA 5 for instance, I don't seem to get near 60 fps even in the desert. My 1060 3GB did a better job even at the same graphics settings tha i used. I don't really know what the issue is so these are my specs.

i5 6600

8GB DDR4 2133Mhz

1TB Toshiba

CX500 (Grey)

And a GTX 980 TI.

I don't know if it might be my hardrive because of all the stuttering and so on. I expected better. Should i upgrade anything???

make sure to disable power saving features in the drivers / windows

it can also be that the card doesnt get enough amps/power from the psu :P

however dont expect to run a gta 5 smooth on a HDD that u also run ur windows on ( its just afriggen hdd man wht u expect )

get an SSD for ur windows / hdd for games and put heavy games on ssd? x)
